I had problems with Kali too (2.3), but not a single one with raspbian. So far I dont see a reason to switch back.

make sure to stop the network manager in kali. This will stop you from starting the AP. " service network-manager stop "

Also I tried to change Hostapd to Hostapd-mana/Hostapd-karma/Airmon-ng, but It did not succeed, all change the return on. Please tell me what can be the problem?

Did you use the installer/zip from FruityWiFi GitHub or from Kali repo? What is your setup? OS/version?
- Set IN interface with the wlan that you want to use as AP (needs to be supported by Hostapd) - Set OUT interface with the interface providing internet access on your device. - Stop network-manager before to start the AP if you still having problems.
