Hi all
I'm using Kali package. I'm wondering how the mana module actually should work. The hostapd configuration file doens't contain any "mana_enable=1" option (like the config file from mana-toolkit). When i try to enter this option in configuration hostapd exits with error as it doesn't recognise this option (although checking the hostapd version - it's 2.3 with mana support).
I have no problem running mana attacks using the mana-toolkit package installation and the hostapad binary from kali's package but unfortunately fruitywifi version doesn't work. Karma on the other hands works without any problems.
Am i having some cosmic interferences and i'm the only one with such problem or did someone had similar issues?

Hi edspiner, You don't need to change any config file, unless that you want to modify something specific (like karma_loud)
Follow this steps - set hostapd-mana in the config menu ([AP] mode) - start AP form the status page - enable mana from the status page
if you want to make any changes on the config files (like setting karma_loud), you are looking for this path:
/usr/share/fruitywifi/www/modules/mana/includes/conf/hostapd.conf
